I used a rainy day last week to make up some yummy baked egg rolls! It's easier than you think, and soooo good. And you can fill them with just about anything you want! Here's what I used to make mine:
egg roll wrappers
1 lb. sausage
1/2 a cabbage chopped (or a bag of coleslaw mix)
a couple carrots, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
a dash of soy sauce
